The nominee must reside within within one of these counties: Albemarle, Amelia, Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford, Brunswick, Buckingham, Campbell, Caroline, Charlotte, Chesterfield, Culpeper, Cumberland, Dinwiddie, Fluvanna, Goochland, Greene, Greensville, Halifax, Hanover, Henrico, Louisa, Lunenburg, Madison, Mecklenburg, Nelson, Nottoway, Orange, Pittsylvania, Powhatan, Prince Edward, Rappahannock, Spotsylvania.
